Tie Downs
Starting at $1,100 for most homes
The main benefits of tie downs are that they help prevent structural damage to your manufactured home. With the proper anchoring system in place, your home will have increased stability and be less likely to shift, tilt or tip over during severe weather events.
If home already has these installed, there is a $50 fee for technician to go underneath for photos
Engineering Certification Inspections Normally Run $600
Engineering certifications are sometimes required by lenders in order to loan money for a property. The engineer certifies that the property meets HUD standards. This normally includes checking for tie downs and any add-ons to the home.
Level / Re-Leveling
Most Properties Only $350
Occasionally a unit will need to be releveled. This will also include checking to see that supports are properly fitted to the frame.

Responded quickly when I found I needed tie downs for my FHA loan on a manufactured home. Called on Wednesday and they were installed Friday morning. Travel charge from Phoenix to Flagstaff was only 300, which seems very reasonable for a 4 hour round trip. Highly recommend!
